Why is my wife like this?

I recently remarried again to a province farm girl from the Philippines.My question is why does she like to profit from different situations not caring what the other person might feel. This began two months ago when a person who I know got into a financial problem money wise this person had ask me for a certain amount of money even pledging his vehicle a 2008 Custom Dodge Charger as collateral I refused because I knew he would not be able to pay and didn't want him to lose his car.In a moment right when he was leaving my barefoot wife came out and talk to him she look at the car walk around it and gave him the money for the car after signing a few papers later he said he would not be able to pay her so she repo his car but what gets me she went out in her will and wham gave him the money without asking my input. I talk to her and she said it's business I love her and care for her so I need advice on what should I do just leave like it is or what.
