How do i strip a coax cable line and put a new screw caps back on?

I have a coax Cable line thats for my comcast TV signal, the end got smashed and i need to kow how to put a new one on. How do i stripp it and how do i get a new screw cap thing back on. I am an alarm tech and this shiz is out of my leage i guess cause i cant figure it out. as soon as i stripp it there like 3 or 4 different layers and i dont know were o put them on a new cap. can you help me?
