How can anyone like Marlin Manson?

I can understand liking his music but liking him? i mean he is a total douche bag , i had the misfortune of going to a concert of his back and 2009 and had back stage p's, the entire time he boasted about how great he was and how superior to the rest of the world he was because of his IQ when I told him that a high IQ doesn't necessarily mean high intelligence he looked like his head was going to explode, but anyways how can anyone like this man?
