Random symptoms in an 8 month old kitten, not sure what's wrong?

Well having a kitten in the house is like having a baby in the house. So you need to baby proof your house. Pick up all the junk she may inadvertently eat. Those can cause obstructions. The sneezing could be a result of upper respiratory infection. As for the bald spot, could be ringworm or excessive grooming. You should really just talk to your vet.
