I've having some trouble with my car can anyone help?

Mitsubishi, eclipse, 1996, fwd, 2.0 420a engine: Problem is that i had taken my interier apart to clean it uo and paint it and i went to get gas hit a pot hole and my radio still hooked up jumperd sparked and my interier lights wont turn on and my rear lights wont turn on unless i hit the brakes i believe its a fuse but i want a second opinion esides mine.
