Is it worth keeping Helbeck as my starting QB?

He seems to be a very streaky player. He's hot and then cold. If you can trade him for VY I say do it. VY might not get as many ping yards but he'll get rushing yards which makes up for it. Be careful though cuz it seems he'll either smoke the opposing team or get you next to nothing.
