A question to you ladies out there?

Im by no means buff, cut or ripped. Im thick, not fat, but i do have defined arms. My fiance loves me for me. But, she also finds guys that are ripped, hot, like the rock or vin diesel. She always tells me not to change, to not try and get cut, that im perfect the way i am. But i feel like i really do wanna get cut so she can find me irresistible. When you ladies tell your man to not change, and that their perfect the way they are, what do you really mean? Do u mean just that? Or would it be nice if we were buff? I guess i ask cuz even tho she drools over celebs, and they are in no way a tangible threat, i still get a little jealous.
