Urgent: hemorrhage, no present bleeding, but hemoglobin still dropping, md visit 5/6, need advice what to ask.

posted in general but no response. Conization 3/20, uneventful. 4/2 woke to l bleeding, EMT dx hemorrhage. Initially, supine BP 60/40. To ER where my surgeon was that morning, he saw me 10am. His best guess was artery "came loose", but could see no active bleeding. Packed , admitted overnight on bedrest and fluids. Hemoglobin (hgb?) dropped to 8.1 (5am on 4/3) before going to 8.4 (1pm). I was discharged. Gave me option of transfusion, but since I was healthy felt I should recoup fine without and could avoid ociated risks. Agreed. 4/7, hgb 8.1 but he said could be difference in labs. Told me to start taking multivitamin with iron. 4/9 bleeding, determined to be period. 4/11, hgb 8.4. 4/17 hgb 8.1. 4/24 hgb 7.7. Asked me re transfusion, declined. Gave me script iron/vitC suppl. To check 5/6. My hgb was 14.9, Oct, '07. No active bleeding now. What questions should I ask? What could be going on? This wk new sx dizzy, winded, tired, blurry vision, diff find words, insomnia.
