Why do ppl sometimes give abuse when we want a question answered?

What is it with them? They dnt know me or anything about me. I havent abused them, so what gives them the right to abuse me? I asked a Q earlier + i had to do it via mobile phone + wen it went on screen, i must admit,that the wording was terrible, due to the fact that i used an old phone + the keys sometimes stick, anyhow, i was upset + just wanted my Q answered. This girl anSwerd with a horrid remark + i want her blocked so she CANT interact wiv ANY of my Q + A's. How do i go about blocking her or cant i ?
