Yes Brian, they will work, but I am having a little problem with that 700 Watt psu. You might want to get an 850 Watt, just to be safe. And make sure that that Rosewill case has a minimum of 11" of space betwen the back of the chasis and the hard disk cage or you won't get that huge video card inside. You might want to think about an ANTEC 900 case instead.
