Cheap animal friendly house/duplex in Austin?

Looking for a relatively inexpensive($800 or so is my range)house/Duplex in central/north central Austin Tx. I have two very well behaved(house trained/obedience trained/vaccinated/etc) dogs. Any suggestions??? Looking to move this month(June '09) Thanks for any help you can offer!
