When did you start setting up the nursery?

My husband has never been superstitious but suddenly he is worried about setting up the nursery because he doesn't want to 'tempt fate'. I am 25 weeks pregnant and have started getting things given to me and am eager to start setting up the nursery (cot etc). What do you think? When did you start setting it up? Thanks
